kkdb1 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kkdb1 platform and its users. The terms "Platform", "Website", or "Service" in this document refer to https://kkdb1.lat and all services under it.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be suspended and any balance in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. kkdb1 reserves the right to close any account opened or operated using false information.

3.2 Account Verification

kkdb1 may at any time request a national ID card, bank statement, or proof of payment method from a user for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension

In the event of a terms violation, kkdb1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The return of balances from accounts suspended for legitimate reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kkdb1 is ৳500. The platform supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — one of Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services
• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — a secure mobile payment service

Deposits are generally processed instantly. kkdb1 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment gateways.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be cancelled. An approved withdrawal request also cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kkdb1 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified time will be cancelled.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another bonus at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kkdb1 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.4 VIP Program

kkdb1's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The conditions for changing VIP tiers and detailed rules are published separately. Benefits may change without notice.

6.1 General Policy

All games offered on kkdb1 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in that game's description. In the event of any technical error, the game result may be voided and the bet returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, odds, and rules are determined at kkdb1's discretion. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to each event. Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live casino, and fishing games are powered by third-party software providers. kkdb1 is not responsible for technical issues on these providers' servers.
